Interview with Robin and Shaudonna Bryant
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Roswell, NM. Robin grew up in Norfolk, VA
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Smashwords got us into markets that we didn't think possible as independent authors
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy of our writing is the thought that people will be encouraged and lives will change.
What do your fans mean to you?
While we are appreciative for the people who support us we consider them friends not fans. Everyone who supports us is important to us. We consider it an honor that people allow us into their lives through our book.
Who are your favorite authors?
Robin's favorite authors are: God, Karen Kingsbury, Melody Carson, and the Kendrick Brothers. My Favorite authors are: God, Karen Kingsbury, Newsboys,Dctalk, A W Tozer, Frances J Roberts, Andrew Murray, Kendrick Brothers, and Chris Fabry
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?

When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Robin spends her time reading, praying and enjoying her family. Shaudonna spends her time praying, reading, enjoying family, exploring photography, latching hooking, surfing the web, periscope, and listening to my favorite christian music
What do you read for pleasure?
Robin reads cozy mysteries. Shaudonna reads Karen Kingsbury novels
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
For us we use social media which allows us to reach a lot of people. We have a website with a blog also that allows people to learn about us. But none of it would be possible without God and the people
What's the story behind your latest book?
Our latest book Words From The Heart Of The Father comes from our own life experiences. We offer encouragement and it is our hope that readers understand that if we can make through so can you.
What are you working on now?
Shaudonna is a budding blogger; maintaining everything necessary for our book keeps me busy. Robin is a wife, mother and grandmother so she enjoying life in the season she is in.
