Today is Friday the 13th. Most people have superstitions about when the 13th is on a Friday. Superstitions are usually powered by fear. We as believers are told not to fear. We are also told That Jesus Yahshua left us His peace. Because of this peace we are free from superstition and fear. Today I want to speak peace. I want to let everyone know they don’t have to live in fear even when fear is all around them. The poem this week is called “Fear Not.” Let it remind you that fear is optional.
Fear Not
Fear not, that the storm will end
It is important that on me you depend
There will also be terror ahead
But it won’t touch you, if by Me you are led
As the storm rumbles and rolls
I will be the peace and comfort for our souls
Make sure you really know Me today
So you won’t be one of the ones that fall away
Be alert, watch, pray
Listen to Me as I guide each day
I will take care of you
Follow Me in all you do
Let your light shine bright for all to see
So when they see you, they see Me
There is so much in store for you
There is so much work to do
Time is about up, but you need not fear
I am with you, I’m always near
Wake up, take your post
Walk in what I’ve called you to, is what I need most
This is not a game, there’s no time to play
So get real, choose this day
No matter what happens I’m here with you
My hand is on all that you do
