There’s a part of me that most people don’t know.

This is the hopeless romantic who writes poetry about love.

I get all warm and fuzzy when I see a guy singing a song for his girl.

Also when he makes a declaration of love to her.

Because honestly I wish it were me. I don’t have any titles yet

but here are some love poems that I wrote.

Mystery Man Part 1

I don’t want to sound cliché

But I hope you are on the way

My heart struggles for you

There is so much I wish you knew

Sometimes I feel so lonely

I just want to find my One and Only

No fairy-tales just you

My heart longs for a love’s that true

I wish I had a clue

So I’d know where to find you

You’re a mystery to me

I wanna be someone you wanna see

My heart yearns for what’s real

Someone I can touch and feel

I don’t want to imagine anymore

I want to know for sure

Will you reveal yourself to me

And set this lonely heart free

I want to see you face to face

If I reach out is there a trace

Are there eyes I can see

Is there a warm embrace for me

Can we share a sweet kiss

I hope against hope for this

Don’t be just a dream

Some days I just want to scream

Because you’re not around

I am still waiting to be found

Mystery Man Part 2

I have stars in my eyes for someone I don’t know

I need a map to find you, tell me where to go

My heartbeats for a man I have never seen

Nothing about this is routine

I long for somebody to love

Orchestrated from above

How will I know it is you

Will I know what to do

I’ve been waiting for true love’s kiss

It will be a mixture of nerves and bliss

I want your hand to fit in mine

Our love will be divine

Is there a clue to who you are

I’m praying you’re not far

I try to see you when I close my eyes

But you still remain a surprise

All I want is a heart that is true

Don’t need a prince, I just want you

Reveal yourself to me

So we can be together Finally
