Will You Let Me In?

The story continued…. When we left her, she was peeking through
the crack in the door. Today is addressing others letting her in.
There is a song from the movie Rigoletto. The lyrics say,
I love the part in fairy tales That's very near the end When all the
kingdom cheers for this new queen; And all is well and all is good
And everyone belongs, And happily they're ever-aftering. But when
I enter the kingdom of dreams And face the promise of all I can be
Will they see me as a heroine? Tell me, will they let me in?”
Did you notice the shift? Everything is perfect, everyone belongs
and then insecurity shows its ugly head.
Insecurity by nature questions everything and everyone. I believe
this is why God is constantly telling us who we are! Because by
knowing who we are, we dispel insecurity. Where there is a period,
there is no question. If I know I am a daughter of the King. I know I
am accepted. It does not matter if people don’t accept me because
God has. I will embrace the promise of all I can be whether I am a
hero to others or not.
Because God empowered me to be all he created me to be.
Do I want to be accepted by others?
Absolutely!!!!
However, acceptance by others is not necessary to fulfill my purpose.
Acceptance of who God says I am and believing that I am who God
says I am is vital to fulfilling my purpose.
The love of God drives out doubt and fear if I allow it to.
Today I choose to recognize insecurity and call it out.
I choose to believe in God over self-doubt.
I have been let in by Abba Father.
I am chosen and accepted even if no one else on this earth lets me in.
Thank you, Abba Father, for the people you have placed in my life.
Thank you, Abba Father, because of Yeshua I am fully accepted and
loved by you.
Thank you, Abba for helping me to live to my full potential and not
hold myself back. Thank you for all that you have done and are yet to do.
In Yeshua’s name Amen.
We are free if we choose to be.
What choice will you make today?
